Michelle Boggs had three points, five rebounds and four blocked shots.
Colston and Proctor combined for 32 of 39 second-half points for Bowie State (1-1), which fell 74-62 to IUP in its season opener over the weekend. Alauna Jackson had 10 points and seven rebounds, Lisa Jing scored nine points and Ashley Jennings had four points and eight rebounds.
ESU led 47-43 through three quarters, but Bowie State had a 22-8 push in the final 10 minutes.
ESU hosts Shippensburg (2-0) in its PSAC East opener on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. at Koehler Fieldhouse.
