Four-year starter in two sports. He played almost every minute over four season for the soccer team. He was selected to the All-Middle Atlantic Region all-star team in 1951. He was a starter on the Warriors' undefeated 1952 squad. He also was a standout catcher in baseball. He served as co-captain during his senior year.
