East Stroudsburg University Athletics

Won first football award. He was the first winner of the school's outstanding football player award in 1959. He was co-captain of the team twice. He made the All-State team at fullback. He also was a standout pitcher and outfield in baseball. He coached football at the collegiate level and then in the National Football League.
