Three-time NCAA All-America in the triple jump. He finished second in nationals in 1974. His best was a school-record 51-7 1/4. He won seven Pennsylvania Conference titles in the triple jump, pole vault and long jump. He was named the PSAC's outstanding fieldman in 1973 and 1975.
