Two-time Pennsylvania Conference tennis champion. He won titles at first singles and doubles in 1968 and third singles and doubles in 1969. He was 35-0 during his career against conference opponents. He helped ESU to three PSAC titles and to a third-place finish in the 1969 NCAA Division II nationals.
