Freshman guard Audrey Stapleton (season-high eight points) hit the go-ahead free throws with 36 seconds left after Philadelphia U (3-3) came back from an eight-point deficit with 12 minutes left, and took a 63-62 lead on a layup by Tori Arnao with 53 seconds remaining.

After a key defensive stop, which included the fourth block of the game by Martin, Fiascki knocked down two free throws to put the Warriors ahead 66-63 with 8.3 seconds on the clock.

Philadelphia U called timeout to set up a three-point look for Monica Schacker, who hit five three's in a 67-58 win over Saint Anselm on Saturday, but sophomore guard Helena Gemmell blocked the shot as time expired.

Howard scored 12 of her career-high 19 points in the first half after scoring seven points on 3-of-3 shooting against Concordia. She and Martin were joined on the All-Tournament team by Najah Jacobs and Alex Heck of Philadelphia U, Tori Lehr of Saint Anselm and Selbe Lo of Concordia.

Heck scored 22 points against ESU and Jacobs had 13 points and seven assists to lead Philadelphia U. Mary Newell added 10 points and 10 rebounds. The Rams had four double-figure scorers in their win over Saint Anselm in Schacker (20 points), Jacobs (17), Megan Finn (12) and Bria Young (11).

Before the thrilling finish against Philadelphia U, the Warriors opened a 22-11 lead 10 minutes into the game before the Rams responded with a 17-0 run to go ahead 34-33 at intermission.

ESU recaptured the lead, seemingly for good, on two free throws by Howard three minutes into the second half. Three-pointers by freshman guard Madison Tamburini and sophomore guard Tyeca Reviere, around a three-point play by Heck, made it 51-43 with 12:22 left.

Philadelphia U climbed back in it, cutting the deficit to one on a jumper by Jacobs with just under four minutes to go. Martin had a putback for a 60-57 lead with 2:33 remaining, but Young scored and Jacobs made one-of-two at the line to tie the game at 60-all with 2:07 on the clock.

Martin had another putback that gave ESU a 62-60 edge, but Heck made one-of-two free throws, ESU turned it over and Young found Arnao for the go-ahead layup with 53 seconds left.

On the Warriors' next possession, Martin rebounded her own miss and found Stapleton, who was fouled and hit both free throws to put them ahead for good.
