EAST STROUDSBURG - Shippensburg defeated East Stroudsburg University in three games in PSAC East women's volleyball on Saturday afternoon at Koehler Fieldhouse.

The Lady Raiders won by scores of 30-16, 30-17 and 30-26 to improve to 2-0 in the conference, while ESU falls to 0-2.

Freshman Kayla Mahaffay had 12 kills and hit .267 for the Warriors in her first home match, and junior Kim Dormer had a team-high 12 digs.

ESU will look for its first PSAC East win of the year at home against Cheyney on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
