Senior 3B Candice Pastor also singled in the inning and scored on a triple by senior SS Laura Snyder.

Kutztown pulled even with two runs in the third, on a leadoff homer by Krista Tedjeske and an unearned run, and went ahead 3-2 when Tedjeske scored on a double by Kathy Gregg.

Monica Glomb held ESU to two hits over the final 4.1 innings in relief and earned the victory for Kutztown, and the offense pushed across three more runs to provide some breathing room.
