BLOOMSBURG - Senior Sally Kaminski anchored the winning 200 free relay team and helped East Stroudsburg University to top-three finishes in three other events as the Warriors opened the 2008-09 swimming season on Saturday at the Bloomsburg Relays.

Junior Heather Van O'Linda, freshman Chia Scoppetta and freshman Lindsay DuAime were also members of the 200 free relay squad that posted a winning time of 1:45.87.

Kaminski teamed with sophomore Amy Rowland, sophomore Sarah Roscioli and junior Christine Swiker to finish second in the 400 medley relay in 4:20.76.

Roscioli contributed to third-place finishes in the 300 breast and 400 and 800 free relays. Other Warriors who swam on top-three squads were sophomore Cait Fallon and sophomore Mary Lynn.

ESU will return to the pool in two weeks when it hosts Kutztown and Misericorda in a tri-meet at Koehler Fieldhouse.
