INDIANA - Lieke de Ridder scored her first two goals of the season to pace No. 2 IUP to a 5-0 win over No. 6 East Stroudsburg University in non-conference field hockey Saturday morning.
Liz Marosky scored two minutes into the contest to give the Crimson Hawks a quick lead, and de Ridder found the cage for the first time 20 minutes later as IUP led 2-0 at halftime.
Brittany Owens had her seventh goal of the season 6:24 into the second half and de Ridder and Shannon Sullivan added goals in the final 10 minutes of the game to help IUP remain undefeated at 7-0 this season.
IUP held a 13-3 advantage in shots and senior Carolyn Kisling made eight saves in goal for ESU.
The Warriors return to action on Sunday with a 12 p.m. game at Slippery Rock.
