KUTZTOWN - Sophomore Kailyn Buckley's unassisted goal 26:27 into the first period answered a previous tally and netted East Stroudsburg a 1-1 tie versus Kutztown Saturday afternoon.

The Warriors saw themselves down 1-0 early into the contest after Emily Froehlich found the back of the net 7:16 into the half by chipping in a rebound. ESU tied the score on Buckley's second goal of the year later in the period.

Neither team scored in the final 83 minutes of the contest, including both overtime periods. Senior Janine Turcio played all 110 minutes in the net for ESU making five saves, while Steph Addleman made 10 saves for the Golden Bears.

The Warriors return to the pitch on Tuesday, September 9, when they travel to Shippensburg for a league game starting at 6:30 p.m.
