MANSFIELD – Junior Sarah Roscioli and freshman Ana Osowski both won two events and senior Christine Swiker set the pool record in the 400 IM to help East Stroudsburg University to a 151-98 win at Mansfield in women's swimming on Saturday.

Freshmen Valerie Davis, Erin Kirchner and Rose Mascoli also finished first in their events as ESU took eight of the 12 individual events and both relays.

Roscioli won the 50 free (25.71) and 200 breast (2:33.93) and Osowski took the 200 free (2:06.83) and 100 fly (1:06.37).

Swiker was second in the 200 back before posting a time of 4:51.70 to establish Mansfield's pool record in the 400 IM. Davis had a time of 1:12.92 in the 100 breast, Mascoli claimed the 500 free in 5:50.02 – just edging teammate Erin Kirchner (5:50.11) – and Lawson won the 200 fly in 2:19.88. Mascoli was ESU's top runner during the cross country season.

Freshman Tamara Bereznay was second in the 1000 free in the closest event of the day at the longest distance. Megan Smickley turned in a time of 12:03.00, one-hundredth of a second in front of Bereznay, who was also third in the 100 free and fourth in the 400 IM.

ESU's winning relay teams were comprised of Lawson, Roscioli, Swiker and freshman Tara Robinson in the 400 medley (4:15.40) and Robinson, Osowski, freshman Dana Resker and Lawson in the 400 free (4:01.88).

Robinson was second in the 50 free and 100 fly in her individual events and sophomore Amy Rowland was also second in the 100 back.

The Warriors are back in action next weekend at the Kutztown Invitational.
