EAST STROUDSBURG – Molly Cooper's goal in the 33rd minute of the first half was the only scoring and Kutztown goalkeeper Alyssa Hackelberg made eight saves as the Golden Bears edged East Stroudsburg University in PSAC East women's soccer on Saturday.

Cooper finished a play started by Chelsea Bressler with 12:15 left in the half as Kutztown remained undefeated at 4-0-1 overall (2-0-1 PSAC East). ESU (5-2, 2-1) entered the game ranked No. 17 in the NSCAA/adidas coaches poll and had won four straight games, including its first two conference contests.

The Warriors have two road games in conference action next week, traveling to Shippensburg on Wednesday and West Chester on Saturday.
