BROOKVILLE, N.Y. - Junior midfielder Kayla Cilenti scored the game's only goal 9:04 into the second half as East Stroudsburg University shut out C.W. Post 1-0 in the PSAC field hockey opener on Saturday afternoon.

The goal was the fifth of Cilenti's career, with all five coming against C.W. Post. She scored four goals in a 5-3 win over the Pioneers last season.

Junior forward Caitlin Brownley assisted on Cilenti's goal and sophomore Maureen Ordnung made 10 saves for the Warriors for her second career shutout in five starts. Ordnung has made at least 10 saves in all four games this year and has 44 saves on the season.

C.W. Post (0-1, 0-1) outshot ESU 13-9 and goalkeeper Cortney Colern made six saves.

ESU (3-1, 1-0), ranked No. 7 in the NFHCA Division II poll, hosts Millersville on Wednesday at 4 p.m. at Whitenight Field.
