LOCK HAVEN – Kacie Hershey scored 17 points off the bench to lead three players in double figures as Lock Haven beat visiting East Stroudsburg University, 73-43, in non-conference women's basketball on Saturday afternoon at Thomas Fieldhouse.

Casi Donelan and Kristen Kudrick scored 13 points each for the Bald Eagles (5-5), who scored the first eight points of the game and led 31-13 at halftime. Donelan added six assists, Kudrick had six rebounds and Sharay Hall didn't score but grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds for Lock Haven.

Senior forward DeAnna Rayam scored 14 points, her 12th straight game in double figures, and senior guard Mel Villano had 12 points for ESU (2-10). Senior center Alexa Detzi blocked a career-high four shots and sophomore guard Cyara Woodridge pulled down a career-high nine rebounds.

Lock Haven shot 42.2 percent from the field while holding the Warriors to a 20 percent mark (11-for-55). ESU shot 88.9 percent at the foul line, going 16-for-18, equaling their season best at Caldwell, led by a 6-for-6 performance by Villano.

ESU travels to Edinboro to face the Fighting Scots on Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m.
