Kailyn Buckley scored a goal for the second straight game and freshman
Nicki Keiser had her second shutout in three career starts as East Stroudsburg University defeated Mansfield, 3-0, in PSAC East women's soccer on Saturday.
Buckley's goal in the 17th minute was the only scoring of the first half, and the Warriors added second-half goals from junior forward
Megan Keiser in the 64th minute and junior forward
Elva Composto in the 78th minute.
The Warriors improve to 7-7-1 overall (5-7 PSAC East) after winning their third straight game, all by shutout. Buckley also scored in ESU's 4-0 win over Chestnut Hill on Wednesday.
ESU held a 25-5 advantage in shots, 16-1 in the first half and 9-4 in the second half. Samantha Deliere had 12 saves for Mansfield, while Keiser was credited with two stops for ESU. Keiser has a 0.57 goals against average and .909 save percentage in 315 minutes in goal this season.

Linda Martine had the assist on Composto's first goal of the season.
Megan Keiser netted her second goal of the year after scoring the Warriors' goal in a 2-1 loss to then-undefeated California (Pa.) two weeks ago.
The Warriors travel to Charleston (W.V.) for a non-conference game on Sunday before hosting Kutztown (Thursday) and Bloomsburg (Saturday) to finish the regular season as they look for their fourth straight appearance in the PSAC tournament.
