EAST STROUDSBURG – East Stroudsburg University dropped five games in singles and two in doubles to post a 9-0 win over Georgian Court in non-conference women's tennis on Sunday afternoon at Wolbers Courts.

Juniors Katie D'Ambrosia (No. 2) and Jamie Ferrigno (No. 3) and freshman Alex Santoro (No. 4) all won their singles matches 6-0, 6-0.

The Warriors' top two doubles teams, D'Ambrosia and Ferrigno at No. 1 and sophomore Amanda Kaufman and senior Marissa Tanner at No. 2, won by 8-0 margins. Kaufman improved to 11-11 on the season at first singles, 9-9 in duals, while D'Ambrosia and Ferrigno have a 15-2 record at first doubles.

ESU will play West Chester on Tuesday at Bloomsburg in its final PSAC East match of the season. The Warriors are 2-2 in the conference while the Golden Rams are 3-1; an ESU win and a Bloomsburg (4-1) win over Kutztown (3-1) would force a three-way tie for the division's final two spots in the PSAC tournament.
