EAST STROUDSBURG – Sophomore Allye Preziosi had 12 assists and six digs to lead East Stroudsburg University in a 3-0 loss to Kutztown in the second half of its “Pretty in Pink” weekend on Saturday afternoon at Koehler Fieldhouse.

Freshman libero Haley Mork had a team-high eight digs and junior Katie O'Neill also had six digs for ESU as Kutztown won by scores of 25-12, 25-7, 25-15.

Four players had two kills each in junior Kaitlin Behrens, redshirt sophomore Megan Plumb, sophomore Ashley Lesniak and freshman Shannon Hillsinger.

The Warriors partnered with the PA Breast Cancer Coalition for this weekend's event, which also included Friday night's match against West Chester. Sandra Cray, a representative from the PA Breast Cancer Coalition, addressed the crowd before both matches.

The team selected breast cancer awareness as its service project for this semester. The proceeds of this weekend's matches, along with additional money, will be donated to the coalition's efforts to raise awareness for the most common cause of cancer in women in the U.S.

ESU will finish its 2011 schedule with two more matches next weekend at Koehler Fieldhouse. The Warriors host Shippensburg on Friday at 7 p.m. and Millersville on Saturday at 2 p.m.
