BLOOMSBURG – California and Slippery Rock, both NCAA Tournament teams from a year ago, posted 9-0 wins over East Stroudsburg University in non-conference women's tennis on Saturday at Bloomsburg.

California, which advanced to the NCAA Division II quarterfinals last year, improved to 2-0 this fall. Slippery Rock, another Atlantic Region qualifier, goes to 3-0.

The Warriors (1-4), led by senior Amanda Kaufman at first singles and first doubles, travel back to Bloomsburg on Monday, Oct. 17 to take on the Huskies and finish their fall schedule.
