EAST STROUDSBURG – Reigning PSAC East Player of the Week Kelsey Gallagher had 25 points and eight rebounds as Bloomsburg clinched the division's No. 1 seed in next week's conference tournament with an 85-54 win over East Stroudsburg University in the Warriors' home finale on Wednesday night at Koehler Fieldhouse.

Junior guard Cyara Woodridge had her second career double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds for ESU (5-20, 2-11), which finishes the season on Saturday at Shippensburg.

Redshirt junior forward Brittany McClain added 13 points and four rebounds off the bench, sophomore forward Mia Waring had 11 points and seven rebounds and freshman forward Nicole Hill grabbed eight boards. Freshman guard Andrea Veres didn't score but had four rebounds and six assists. Hill had her 10th game of the year with at least eight rebounds and had seven in the first half.

Sophomore center Kelly Sorber had eight points, three rebounds and three blocked shots, moving into seventh in school history with 50 career blocks. Her 41 blocks this season stand fourth all-time going into the season finale.

Gallagher shot 8-for-15 from the field and 7-for-7 from the foul line for her 25 points and added three assists, a block and a steal to go with her eight rebounds for the Huskies (20-5, 12-1), which won their 10th straight game.

Dana Wieller had 19 points and Kayla Oxenrider and Catherine Noack scored 12 each. Bloomsburg pulled away from an early 4-4 tie to take a commanding 36-6 lead as the Warriors went without a field goal for 13 minutes in the first half.

ESU went on a 14-4 run to cut the deficit to 20 and Bloomsburg led 42-20 at halftime. Woodridge scored 11 of the Warriors' 20 first half points, while McClain scored 10 points and Waring had nine in the second half.

Saturday's tip-off at Shippensburg's Heiges Field House is scheduled for 1 p.m.
