WEST CHESTER – Senior Becky Benner led the way with a second-round score of 101 as East Stroudsburg University completed the Dr. Edwin B. Cottrell Invitational hosted by West Chester on Monday.

Benner shot a two-day total of 211, followed by sophomore Alycia Jones (212), sophomore Regan Zimmerman (231) and freshman Erika Cupa (373). The Penn Oaks Golf Club played at a par 71 over 5,864 yards for the 36-hole event.

Kutztown carded a four-player total of 713 to win the team title by 12 shots over Mercyhurst. West Chester (729), Elmira (820), LeMoyne (902) and ESU (1027) rounded out the field. Kutztown's Chelsea Corbo was the medalist, shooting 171.

ESU heads to Millersville this weekend for the Millersville Invitational at Crossgates Golf Club on Saturday.
