KUTZTOWN – Senior Kimberly Lawson won the 200 back and 100 fly and helped the 200 medley relay team to a victory as East Stroudsburg University swept a tri-meet at Kutztown on Saturday, beating the host Golden Bears 140-120 and Misericordia 173-86.

Lawson won the 200 back in 2:16.61, the 100 fly in 1:00.13 and was second in the 200 fly in 2:16.98.

Other individual winners were sophomore Karoline Vavra in the 200 free, sophomore Shelby Stalnaker in the 100 back and junior Allison Schafer in the 500 free.

Vavra won the 200 free in 2:02.70 and was second in the 50 free (25.87). Stalnaker won the 100 back in 1:06.23 and was second in the 200 back (2:24.42), and Schafer won the 500 free in 5:28.19, was second in the 1000 free (11:22.79) and third in the 200 IM (2:22.77).

Senior Sami Vavra (second in 100 breast, third in 200 breast) and junior Andrea Tremper (second in 100 free, third in 50 free) also had a pair of top-three finishes.

The Warriors won both the 200 medley and 200 free relays, with Tremper and freshman Sophie Coy contributing to both squads.

Sami Vavra, Coy, Lawson and Tremper won the 200 medley relay in 1:53.81. Coy, freshman Alexandra Woytko, sophomore Mara Palazzari and Tremper won the 200 free relay in 1:44.94.

The Warriors are at Lock Haven next Saturday for a dual at 1 p.m.
