Courtney Keller scored four minutes apart in the second half and East Stroudsburg University held off Shippensburg for a 2-1 win in PSAC women's soccer on Tuesday night.
The Warriors (6-2-4, 5-1-3 PSAC), who are 2-0-2 in their last four games after their only two losses of the season in late September, got their second conference road win of the year as they push towards their first PSAC Tournament trip since 2009.
Connell scored her second goal of the season in the 58th minute and Keller had her third of the year, assisted by sophomore back
Lexie Peveraro, in the 62nd minute to give ESU all of the offense it would need.
Shippensburg (5-5-3, 3-5-2) hit the crossbar a few minutes later, and converted a penalty kick by Rachel Hess in the 78th minute to make it 2-1, but the Warriors were able to close it out.

Brittain Wagner made three saves to improve to 6-1-4 on the year. Shelbie Rackley had eight saves for Shippensburg, which was narrowly outshot, 17-14. The shots were even, 6-6, in the second half.

They host No. 15-ranked California (10-2-1, 7-1-1) on Saturday at 2:30 p.m., then welcome West Chester (11-0-1, 8-0-1), currently No. 2 in Division II, next Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
