EAST STROUDSBURG – Seniors Adam Hluschak, Andrew Ritchie and Ed Ebewo posted wins in their final action at Koehler Fieldhouse, including Ebewo's first technical fall of the season, in Kutztown's 28-14 dual win over East Stroudsburg University on Monday night.

Ebewo, ranked No. 7 in Division II at 197 pounds, improved to 15-3 overall, 8-0 against DII competition and finished 11-1 in duals this season with a 23-7 technical fall, recorded in 6:48.

Hluschak posted a 7-4 decision at 141 pounds for his 11th consecutive win – all in duals – and 15th in his last 16 matches. He improved to 28-6 on the season, 12-2 within DII, and was 16-2 in duals this year and 38-14 in duals as a three-year starter.

Ritchie, a transfer from Northampton Community College, notched a 5-0 decision at 149 pounds to run his record to 12-14 in his only season at ESU.

Redshirt sophomore Brendan McKeown earned his third win in four days after being sidelined due to injury since December 10 with an 8-3 decision at 174 pounds.

Thad Frick, who suffered a second-period pin at 165 to fall to 20-8 on the season, and James Gonzalez, who was 5-5 this year but hasn't competed since December 7 due to injury, joined Ebewo, Hluschak, and Ritchie in the Senior Night recognition before the match.

Ebewo used nine takedowns, three near-fall points, an escape and the riding time point for his 23 points. He led 9-2 through the first period with three takedowns plus the near-fall points and continued to build his advantage over the next four minutes.

Hluschak used a 7-1 first period, with two takedowns and three near-fall points, to post his 78th career win for the Warriors. Ritchie did all of his scoring in the second period, getting an escape, takedown and two-point turn for his five points.

The Warriors completed their dual schedule and will prepare for the Division II Super Region 1 Championships on February 24-25 at UNC-Pembroke. ESU has had four individuals qualify for the NCAA Division II Championships, including Hluschak (2010) and Ebewo (2011), in its first two seasons in Division II. Jeff Jacobs was ESU's first regional champion at 174 pounds last season and Shane Mallory was the national runner-up at 184 in 2010.
