KUTZTOWN – Senior
Amanda Kaufman improved to 9-5 this season at No. 1 singles, including 7-1 this spring, in East Stroudsburg University's 7-2 loss to Kutztown in a PSAC East match on Friday.
Kaufman rallied from a set down for a 2-6, 6-3, 6-4 win over Hannah Pipkin for her fourth straight win at the top singles spot. Kaufman and freshman
Allison Bean fell to Pipkin and Ridhima Borooah at No. 1 doubles.

Taylor Presby had a 9-7 win at No. 3 doubles over Rachel Grula and Stefanie Fisher for ESU's other point.
Kutztown also won by a 9-7 score at No. 2 doubles, where Chelsea White and Tori Zander notched a victory over junior
Rabecca Lausch and freshman
Elizabeth Longenhagen.
Two other three-set singles matches went Kutztown's way as well. Grula had a 5-7, 6-0, 10-5 win over Lausch at No. 3 and Jennifer Stow had a 4-6, 6-2, 11-9 win over Presby at No. 6.
ESU's non-conference match with Holy Family on Saturday was canceled, so the Warriors' next action will come at Bloomsburg on Tuesday.
