SHIPPENSBURG - Carolyn Smith scored the game's only goal 1:01 into the second overtime to lift Shippensburg to a 1-0 win over visiting East Stroudsburg University in PSAC women's soccer on Saturday afternoon at David See Field.

ESU (6-4-1, 6-4-1) held a 21-14 advantage in shots but Smith scored on an assist from Casey Rightmyer early in the second overtime session.

Senior goalkeeper Brittain Wagner had eight saves, tied for her season-high, for the Warriors. Wagner had her 15th career shutout in a 1-0 win over Millersville on Tuesday.

Shelbie Rackley matched Wagner's total with eight saves for Shippensburg (7-4, 6-4 PSAC).

The Warriors travel to Seton Hill for a 4:30 p.m. start on Wednesday.
