GREENSBURG - Junior forward
Gabrielle Seibert scored the only goal of the second half with 12:30 remaining, lifting No. 7-ranked East Stroudsburg University to a 4-3 win at Seton Hill in PSAC field hockey on Sunday afternoon.
Seibert had two goals and an assist to lead ESU (7-7, 4-2), which enters the final two weeks of the regular season in a three-way tie for third in the PSAC standings with the top six schools qualifying for the PSAC Tournament. The Warriors are tied with Bloomsburg and West Chester but dropped conference games to both schools this fall. A PSAC postseason appearance would be ESU's second since 2003.
ESU led 3-1 late in the first half before Seton Hill (4-9, 1-5) rallied to tie it just before halftime. The road win is the Warriors' first of the season.
The Griffins opened the scoring 3:55 in on a goal by Dominique Cappello, then ESU scored three straight goals to temporarily seize control.

Brielle Kessel scored at the 20:36 mark and sophomore forward
Ally Roth, the PSAC's leading scorer, netted her 17th goal of the year on an assist from Seibert just over two minutes later.
Seton Hill tied it at 3-3 with goals from Ashley Reid 4:05 before halftime, and McDonough Scanlon with 1:18 left until intermission.
EUS had a 17-13 advantage in shots, 9-7 in the first half and 8-6 in the second half. Both teams had eight penalty corners.

Danielle Ard played the second half in goal for ESU and had three saves. Sophomore
Alexis Charles started and made two saves in the first half.
Rebecca Portillo played the first 24:55 and had two saves for Seton Hill. Autumn Reid had three saves in the final 45:05.
ESU won the first meeting in non-conference action, 5-1 on Sept. 24 at Whitenight Field, as Lawville scored two goals and Roth had a goal and an assist.
The Warriors will face No. 2-ranked Millersville (13-1, 5-1) in their final home game of the season on Wednesday at 4 p.m. at Whitenight Field. They finish the season with road games at IUP, Shippensburg and Kutztown.
