WEST CHESTER - Senior outside hitter Elizabeth Madden had a season-high nine kills as East Stroudsburg University fell at West Chester, 3-0, in PSAC East women's volleyball on Saturday afternoon at Hollinger Fieldhouse.

Junior Abby Welch and freshman Sydney Galoozis both had seven kills and junior middle blocker Elizabeth Higley added six kills for ESU (6-21, 2-14).

Senior Allye Preziosi had 25 assists and 12 digs, and sophomore libero Maddie Hutchison had a team-high 13 digs.

West Chester (13-12, 5-10) won by set scores of 25-21, 25-22 and 25-21. Julia O'Brien (10 kills) and Marina Sharkey (nine) were the top hitters for the Golden Rams.

Samantha Agostini had six kills and 18 assists, Callie Krajcir had 13 digs and Tyler Sheafer added 11.

ESU, which was coming off a 3-0 win at Cheyney, is on the road at Lock Haven and Pitt-Johnstown next weekend.
