KUTZTOWN - Junior outside hitter Abby Welch continued her strong play with 15 kills, but East Stroudsburg University fell in three sets at Kutztown - 26-24, 25-17, 25-15 - in PSAC women's volleyball on Tuesday night.

Welch had 15 kills for the second straight match, one off her career-high she set the previous weekend against Edinboro. She is averaging 14.5 kills in the Warriors' last four matches.

Freshman outside hitter Sydney Galoozis added 12 kills, returning to the lineup after missing most of four matches due to injury.

Senior Allye Preziosi had 27 assists and nine digs, and sophomore libero Maddie Hutchison had 12 digs for the Warriors (5-14, 1-7).

Chelsea Braga and Liama Goodrich both had nine kills for Kutztown (9-9, 3-4). Anna Conti had 32 assists and Madison Brake led the Golden Bears with 15 digs.

ESU hosts Shippensburg on Friday at 7 p.m. and Millersville on Saturday at 1 p.m. at Koehler Fieldhouse.
