Lauren Nunes scored three goals each as East Stroudsburg University finished the 2013 lacrosse season with a 13-12 win over Shippensburg in PSAC East action on Saturday at Whitenight Field.
Miller scored the go-ahead goal with 7:34 left, and neither team led by more than one goal in the second half until sophomore attack
Emily Powell put ESU ahead 13-11 at the 4:58 mark.

Amanda Simms came up with a save and freshman midfielder
Kaitlynn Wiltraut had a game-ending caused turnover in front of the ESU goal to secure the win.
Ginn scored all three of her goals in the first half, giving her 41 on the season and 101 career points (83 goals, 18 assists) in three seasons for the Warriors. She scored in every game and at least two goals in all but the second game for a team-high 49 points for ESU (3-13, 2-9), under first-year head coach
Aaron Jaffe.
Nunes finished the season with 30 goals and 12 assists for 42 points, third-most among freshmen in school history. She is one of six freshmen to score at least 30 goals.
Simms, who leads the PSAC with 9.7 saves per game, had 12 saves for her eighth game with 10+ saves this season and the 21st in her career. She finishes with 526 career saves, fourth in school history.
Roxanne Brown, Sheila Johnson and Bennett Widlake all scored three goals for Shippensburg (5-12, 3-8), which took an 11-10 lead with 15:01 left before ESU scored the next three goals to take control.
The Warriors scored the game's first two goals, Ship scored the next three and ESU netted the next four – from sophomore midfielder
Whitney Wilkinson and three straight from Ginn in a span of 3:38 – for a 7-4 lead with 11:35 left in the first half.
Shippensburg scored three of the final four goals in the half but the Warriors entered intermission with a 7-6 lead.
The two schools traded goals three times to start the second half as Miller, Nunes and Wiltraut scored for ESU. The Warriors led 10-9 after Wiltraut's goal with 16:10 left, but Widlake and Brown scored for Shippensburg for their 11-10 lead.
Nunes tied it with 11:30 left, then Miller had the go-ahead goal for the Warriors.
Miller finishes her junior season as ESU's third-leading scorer with 26 goals and five assists. She has 95 career points on 72 goals and 23 assists.
Simms made her 56th career start, senior defender
Kimberly Daly made her 51st start and senior midfielder
Brandi Smith made her 30th start in the last two seasons.
The Warriors' four seniors – Simms, Daly, Smith and Ginn – were all members of ESU's 2011 team which reached the PSAC semifinals and had the school's first postseason win since 1986.
