Allison Howard had 19 points and 14 rebounds and East Stroudsburg University rallied from a first-half deficit for the 2nd straight game as the Warriors knocked off PSAC East co-leader Shippensburg, 71-62, on Saturday afternoon at Koehler Fieldhouse.

THE MATCH-UP: East Stroudsburg University returns to PSAC Eastern Division play as the Warriors host Shippensburg in today's first game at Koehler Fieldhouse. The Warriors (7-7 overall) went 2-2 against division foes during the first semester, with home wins over Mansfield and Lock Haven and losses at Kutztown and Millersville. Shippensburg (9-4) was 3-0 against the East, beating Lock Haven and Bloomsburg at home and Cheyney on the road.
Shippensburg holds a 27-15 advantage in the all-time series and has won 22 of the last 25 meetings since the 1995-96 season. ESU's last win was 58-55 at Koehler Fieldhouse in 2009-10.

Jessica Martin had 15 points and 12 rebounds to lead ESU to a 74-65 win at Pitt-Johnstown on Wednesday night. Howard and Martin both scored 12 points in the second half as ESU came back from a 39-32 halftime deficit and finished the game with a 14-5 run. The Warriors shot 45.3% from the field, a season-high, and had just 8 turnovers, a season-low.

Matt Tobin had 11 points and 11 assists, leading No. 10-ranked East Stroudsburg University to a 101-71 win over Shippensburg and a school record-setting 15th straight victory on Saturday afternoon at Koehler Fieldhouse.
Tobin, who had nine points and 13 assists in an 81-62 win at Pitt-Johnstown on Wednesday, is the first Warrior in head coach

THE MATCH-UP: ESU, ranked No. 10 in Division II, is off to a school-record start (14-0) as the Warriors resume their PSAC East schedule against Shippensburg. ESU is 4-0 in East play as it continues to defend its 2013 PSAC East regular season title. With a win, the Warriors can tie a school record for their best-ever divisional start, set in 2005-06, and break a record for their longest single-season win streak (14 - 1940-41, 2012-13).
