EAST STROUDSBURG - Sophomore midfielder Shea Neal scored all three goals in the second half for her first career hat trick as No. 6-ranked East Stroudsburg University improved to 10-1 (9-1 PSAC) with its 10th straight win, a 3-0 shutout of IUP in PSAC women's soccer on Saturday afternoon at Eiler-Martin Stadium.

Neal, a first team All-PSAC selection and ESU's top scorer with six goals as a freshman, scored her first three goals of the season in the 60th, 84th and 86th minutes

She is the 12th Warrior to score three goals in a game in ESU's 23rd season of varsity women's soccer, and is the first since Lindsay Foder had three goals in a 5-0 win at Chestnut Hill in 2009. Her hat trick is the first against a PSAC school since Dena Shleifer at Kutztown and Lynda Hicks at Mansfield, both in 2007.

Neal scored an unassisted goal in the 60th minute, and scored on assists from freshman forward Molly Vicari in the 84th and sophomore forward Brielyn Hackett in the 86th.

She is the 12th player to score a goal for ESU this season, which leads the PSAC with 27 goals through 11 games.

Freshman goalkeeper Jules Harris had four saves for her fourth shutout in nine starts this season. Harris has a 0.46 goals against average and 33 saves for a .892 save percentage, allowing just four goals in 782 minutes.

ESU's 10-game winning streak is the second-longest in school history. The Warriors won 13 straight games on their way to the first-ever PSAC women's soccer championship in 1994. The Warriors' nine-game PSAC winning streak is also a school record, surpassing six-game streaks in 1997, 1998 and 2007.

ESU travels to Millersville (6-4, 6-4) on Tuesday for a 3 p.m. kickoff. The Marauders have won two straight with 1-0 home wins over Mercyhurst and Shippensburg, and are 4-2 at home this season.
