BETHLEHEM - Sophomore Allison Decker finished ninth in a field of 360 entrants to lead East Stroudsburg University's cross country team in the "Brown" division of Lehigh's annual Paul Short Run on Saturday.
 
Decker ran a time of 21:51 on the 6K course and junior Chelsea Conover was 98th in 23:15. ESU's women were 29th of 40 schools.
 
ESU's men placed 27th of 40 schools with sophomore Anthony Ruiz leading the Warriors with a 71st-place finish in a field of 341, running the 8K course in 26:48.
 
Decker previously won the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational on September 20 and was second at Fordham on September 6.
 
The Warriors are back in action on October 26 at the ECAC Division II Championships at Mansfield.
