Alyssa Corace scored three goals to lead Catawba (3-5).
ESU jumped out to a 6-0 lead and held a 6-2 advantage at halftime, then built its lead to 16-3 with 10 minutes left.
Wiltraut had her fourth hat trick in five games this season and has scored 21 goals. She had 11 goals in 16 games (nine starts) in the midfield as a freshman.
ESU returns north to host Kutztown in its PSAC opener on Saturday.
