EDINBORO – Sophomore attack Kaitlynn Wiltraut scored five goals and senior midfielder Nicole Miller scored twice to reach the 100-career goal milestone, as East Stroudsburg University posted a 13-9 win at Edinboro in PSAC lacrosse on Saturday.

ESU (8-7, 3-7) jumped out to an 8-4 halftime lead and Wiltraut scored three of the Warriors' five second-half goals.

Miller scored ESU's first goal just over seven minutes into the game, the 100th of her career. She is the 15th ESU player to score 100 career goals since 1985 and the first since Molly O'Hara (177) and Michelle Mangiaruga (148) hit the mark in 2011.

Sophomore attack Lauren Nunes and freshman attack Lauren Green both scored two goals for ESU, and senior attack Sarah Studdiford and redshirt freshman midfielder Jamie Zimmer also found the net.

Redshirt freshman goalkeeper Jessica Maxwell made eight saves for ESU, which had a 27-22 advantage in shots.

Edinboro led 2-1 just over 10 minutes into the game before a 6-1 run gave the Warriors some breathing room. Studdiford scored on an assist from Miller with 18 seconds left until halftime for the four-goal lead.

Wiltraut scored 51 seconds into the second half for a 9-4 advantage. ESU led 11-6 after Nunes scored with 17:23 left, and Wiltraut answered a two-goal Millersville run to make it 12-8 with 5:06 left.

Miller has 29 goals this season after scoring 26 as a junior, 30 as a sophomore and 16 as a freshman for 101 in her career.

Wiltraut, ESU's top scorer with 43 goals this season, went over the 50-goal mark for her career. Nunes (26 goals, 13 assists) passed the 50-goal plateau in a loss to Lock Haven on Tuesday.

Edinboro (7-8, 3-8) was led by Emily Peters, who scored three goals.

ESU hosts Seton Hill on Wednesday and travels to West Chester on Saturday to finish the season next week.
