KUTZTOWN - Junior Malene Frost tied for 11th with a round of 91, and East Stroudsburg University was sixth of eight schools at the Kutztown Spring Invitational on Saturday at Berkleigh Golf Club.

Junior Kayla Grossi tied for 23rd at 97, sophomore Bridget Simons was 26th with a 99 and freshman Theresa D'Iorio was tied for 32nd at 106 for the Warriors, who had a team score of 393.

Host Kutztown won by a four-shot margin (349-353) over Seton Hill, with both schools placing three in the top 10. Kutztown's Jackie Clifton and Seton Hill's Emily Hassey shared medalist honors with rounds of 84.

West Chester (369) was third, Millersville (377) was fourth, Le Moyne was fifth (385) and ESU sixth (393) to round out the Division II schools in the field. Alvernia was seventh at 412, and Franklin & Marshall eighth at 426.

ESU travels to West Chester for the Edwin B. Cottrell Invitational at Penn Oaks Golf Club on Sunday and Monday.
