GREENSBURG - Junior forward Ally Roth scored three goals in the first 6:23 for her fourth career hat trick as No. 7-ranked East Stroudsburg University posted a 6-1 road win at Seton Hill in PSAC field hockey on Saturday.
 
Roth completed ESU's fastest hat trick into a game since at least 2003 and sophomore forward Robin Stevenson added a goal 9:07 into the game to give the Warriors (4-2, 3-1) a 4-0 lead.
 
Junior forward Marisa Miro made it 5-0 with a goal 20:31 into the game, and sophomore midfielder Desiraye Mack had her first career goal 36 seconds into the second half.
 
Emily Hutsko got Seton Hill (0-4, 0-4) on the board 1:20 into the second half.
 
ESU had advantages on 28-5 in shots and 22-2 in penalty corners. Mack, senior midfielder Becky Gagliardi, sophomore midfielder Emily Howell and junior midfielder Rebecca Snyder had assists for the Warriors.
 
Sophomore goalkeeper Danielle Ard made two saves in the first half and freshman Shelby Drissel had one save in the second half for ESU.
 
The Warriors have outscored their first six opponents, 32-11, and have a 139-42 advantage in shots.
 
ESU's four wins have all come by at least four goals. The Warriors' only two losses came at Stonehill (8-7 OT) and Shippensburg (2-1).
 
ESU hosts LIU Post in a non-conference game on Tuesday at 4 p.m.

* Roth pushed her career goal total to 41, 4th-most in school history. She also ranks 4th with 98 career points, coming in 43 games.
* Roth leads ESU with 10 goals and 3 assists for 23 points. Sr. F Jessica Lawville has 9 goals and 1 assist for 19 points.
