Lock Haven had three players in double figures in kills, led by Cody Anderson (15) and Megan Flick (14). Jessica Brown had 42 assists and 18 digs, and Sydney Belcastro led the Lady Eagles with 20 digs.
ESU won the first set, 25-18, before Lock Haven took the last three - 25-13, 25-13 and 25-11.
Lock Haven improves to 8-4 (3-2 PSAC) after splitting four matches last weekend.
