BLOOMSBURG - Sophomore Kayla Loar went 3-0 in singles to lead East Stroudsburg University at this weekend's Bloomsburg Fall Invitational.
 
Loar had wins over athletes from Wilkes, Shippensburg and host Bloomsburg in a modified setup. No team scores were kept, with each team playing seven to eight singles matches and three to four doubles matches against each other.
 
Four Warriors had two singles wins in senior Allison Bean, sophomore Amber Jadus and freshmen Elizabeth Bartoli and Devin Presby. Loar is a first-year student-athlete on ESU's tennis team after playing volleyball as a freshman.
 
Four doubles pairings had wins for ESU - Bean and junior Amina Dickson, Dickson and sophomore Amber Jadus, Loar and Bartoli, and Devin Presby and junior Sarah DiGregory.
 
ESU, 0-1 in its fall dual schedule, is slated to go to California and Slippery Rock for non-conference matches next weekend.
