Shea Neal as the Warriors (7-5-1, 7-5-1) move into a tie for fifth in the PSAC standings with three games remaining. The top eight teams (of 17) will advance to the PSAC Tournament.
ESU had a 20-12 edge in shots and sophomore goalkeeper
Jules Harris made four saves for the Warriors. Carolin Edenhofner made seven saves for Seton Hill (6-7-1, 4-7-1).
Hackett had her third goal of the season, the 11th of her career and her second overtime game-winner. She scored with 2:18 left in a 2-1 (2OT) win at nationally-ranked West Chester during last year's run to the PSAC regular season and tournament titles.
ESU hosts Bloomsburg on Wednesday, travels to Edinboro next Saturday and hosts currently unbeaten and No. 1-ranked Gannon on Friday, October 30 to finish its regular season schedule.
