ST. DAVIDS, Pa. - Freshman Caterina Daniels finished tied for third with a round of 88 as East Stroudsburg University finished first in a field of seven schools at the Eastern University Invitational at St. Davids Golf Club on Tuesday.

ESU finishes its fall season after placing eighth at the PSAC Championships last weekend.

ESU was the only Division II school in the field on Tuesday, and one of two teams to have multiple golfers break 100.

Jordan Durham (FDU-Florham) was the medalist at 86, followed by Emily Haas (Stevenson) at 87 and Daniels and Heather MacQuarrie (Albright) at 88.

Sophomore Samantha Miller was tied for sixth at 93 after finishing tied for 18th in a field of 40 at the PSAC Championships on Saturday and Sunday in Hershey.

Senior Bridget Simons placed eighth (95) and sophomore Mackenzie Mathna was tied for ninth (98).

ESU (374) topped Albright (405), Eastern (405), Stevenson (407), Alvernia (428), Misericordia (484) and FDU-Florham (501).
