WHEELING, W.V. - Redshirt freshman Dylan Nace improved to 16-2 on the season and 10-0 in duals with a second-period fall at 141 pounds in East Stroudsburg University's 24-15 dual loss at No. 16-ranked Wheeling Jesuit in NCAA Division II Super Region 1 wrestling on Sunday afternoon.

Nace pinned Damon Outward in 3:40, pushing his DII record to 9-1 this year. Nace entered the regional rankings at No. 4 this week. He won by decision in a dual at Seton Hill on Saturday night. Nace has a team-high eight falls, along with one technical fall and three major decisions for 12 wins by bonus points among his 16 victories.

All four of ESU's regionally-ranked wrestlers posted victories in Nace, junior Joey Kratochvil (6th at 157), junior Tyler Richardson (5th at 184) and senior Tyson Searer (2nd at 285), who is ranked No. 7 nationally.

Kratochvil improved to 9-8 (7-3 DII) with an 8-4 decision vs. Reyse Wallbrown at 157.

Richardson won a 9-5 decision vs. Sawyer Lepplan at 184, going to 13-5 (6-4 DII). Richardson won by fall at Seton Hill on Saturday.

Searer is 12-6 (7-1 DII) after a 4-3 decision vs. Logan Bowman at 285. Searer earned his 70th career victory Saturday night.

Wheeling Jesuit had two returning national qualifiers in the first two weight classes. No. 5-ranked Dustin Warner (125), an All-American and fifth-place finisher in 2015, won an 18-4 major decision vs. ESU redshirt freshman Collyn Dorney. Nolan Whitely (133) won a 12-1 major decision vs. junior Connor Maliff.

ESU returns to PSAC and regional dual action on Thursday at Millersville.
