MANSFIELD - Senior midfielder
Desiraye Mack scored two goals in a 76-second span midway through the first half and sophomore forward
Bailey Quinn added two goals, leading No. 2-ranked East Stroudsburg University to a 5-1 win at Mansfield in PSAC field hockey on Wednesday afternoon.

Makenna Marhefka added a goal and three players had assists for the Warriors (11-3, 5-1), who were in line for their ninth shutout of the season until a Mansfield (1-12, 0-5) goal as time expired.
Mack scored goals 16:10 and 17:26 into the first half, her sixth and seventh of the season and the 21st and 22nd of her career, and Quinn scored her first goal with just under 10 minutes left in the first half.
ESU led 3-0 at intermission, then got goals from Marhefka 12 minutes into the second half and Quinn seven minutes later.

Sydney McCarthy assisted on Mack's first goal, and senior back
Morgan Firestine (first career point) and sophomore midfielder
Paige Harrold had assists in the second half.
Meghan Griffin scored at the end of regulation for the Mounties.
Senior goalkeeper
Danielle Ard had 10 saves for ESU, playing the first 56:34. Laura Lawson was credited with 23 saves for Mansfield.
ESU held a 36-16 advantage in shots, while Mansfield had an 11-10 edge in penalty corners.
Quinn pushed her season goal total to five, fourth on the team, and Marhefka had her second of the season.

Emily Howell, this week's PSAC Athlete of the Week, was named the NFHCA Division II Defensive Athlete of the Week earlier Wednesday.
ESU hosts Seton Hill (2-11, 0-5) on Saturday at 1 p.m. at Whitenight Field. The Griffins fell 3-1 vs. Slippery Rock on Wednesday.
The Warriors will induct their annual Athletic Hall of Fame class on Saturday morning, including Rachel Miller Smith '02, a two-time All-America first team selection in 2000 and 2001 and a member of the 2001 PSAC and NCAA DII runner-up team. She will be recognized at halftime on Saturday.
