LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – PSAC qualifying times from junior

Olivia Lukshides highlighted a night which saw East Stroudsburg University take first place in nine out of 11 contested events in Friday's tri-meet with hosts Lock Haven and Wilkes.
The Warriors earned victories over both schools, defeating Lock Haven 126-78 and Wilkes 168-30.
Zimmerman's PSAC time came in the 100-yard breaststroke, where she touched the wall in 1:11.42, three quarters of a second ahead of second-place Raechel Rodriguez from Lock Haven. Lukshides qualified in the 100 freestyle, posting a time of 55.02 which is well under the PSAC standard of 56.35.
The 100 free was one of three events which saw ESU swimmers finish 1-2. Senior
Victoria Gurdak took second in that race, finishing in 58.02. The Warriors also grabbed the top two spots in the 50 free and the 200 individual medley. Junior
Annie Fagan (26.12) and senior
Kelly Buyaskas (26.76) led the way in the 50 free, while junior
Allison Cardow (2:21.04) and Zimmerman (2:21.46) out-touched the rest of the field by over two seconds in the 100 IM.
Freshman
Tarah Killane completed the 1000 free over 45 seconds faster than the other four competing swimmers in the first event of the night, posting a time of 11:19.35. That time is also the seventh-fastest registered in ESU program history. Killane also won by over eight seconds in the 500 free later on, finishing in 5:35.56.
The other individual victories for the Warriors came in the 100 fly, with Cardow touching in at 1:03.39, and the 100 breaststroke, where Zimmerman (1:11.42) added a second first-place performance.
ESU also won both relays, as Lukshides, Zimmerman, Cardow and Fagan posted a 1:54.92 in the 200 medley relay to begin the night, and Fagan, Gurdak, Buyaskas and Lukshides (1:43.65) topped second-place Lock Haven by over five seconds in the 200 free relay to conclude the meet.
The Warriors return to action next Saturday at Misericordia, competing against both the host Cougars and Kutztown in another tri-meet which is set to begin at 1 p.m.
