EAST STROUDSBURG - Alex Brown scored 3:57 into the second overtime, giving Edinboro a 1-0 (2OT) win over No. 13-ranked East Stroudsburg University in PSAC women's soccer on Saturday at Eiler-Martin Stadium.
Junior goalkeeper
Jules Harris made seven saves for ESU (11-4-1, 11-3-1), while Sarah Baskey had six saves for Edinboro (12-2-1, 11-2-1) in a match-up of two of the top six teams in last week's initial NCAA Division II Atlantic Region rankings.
ESU was listed No. 4 last week with Edinboro No. 6. The Warriors fell 2-0 at Bloomsburg on Wednesday.
Edinboro had a 16-11 advantage in shots, including 3-0 in overtime. The Warriors outshot Edinboro 9-6 in the second half, forcing Baskey to make five saves, after the Fighting Scots had a 7-2 edge in the first half.
ESU won both postseason meetings with Edinboro last season, 2-1 (OT) in the PSAC championship game and 2-0 in the Atlantic Regional championship game.
The Warriors recognized nine seniors prior to the game who have helped the program to a 53-19-6 record in the last four years, including the 2014 and 2015 PSAC championships and last year's Atlantic Region title, the first in school history.

ESU travels to Bloomfield (N.J.) for a non-conference game on Monday night before a trip to Gannon for their final PSAC game of the regular season on Saturday at 5 p.m.
The Warriors have qualified for the PSAC Tournament and are likely to host a quarterfinal game on Tuesday, November 1, although they have not yet secured a top-four seed.
