Rebecca Rutkowski scored 23 points, including a game-tying putback with 6.1 seconds left in regulation that sent the game to overtime, but West Chester prevailed for an 85-77 (OT) win over East Stroudsburg University in PSAC East women's basketball on Wednesday night at Koehler Fieldhouse.
Brittany Sicinski had 28 points (9 in overtime) and 11 rebounds, Anna Kuntz had 22 points and 13 boards and Dallas Ely had 15 points to lead West Chester (17-5, 14-4). Sicinski and Ely both hit the 1,500-point mark for their careers.

Rachel Falkowski had 10 for ESU (11-11, 9-9).
Rutkowski's putback helped the Warriors recover from a six-point run by West Chester late in regulation to send the game to overtime tied at 71-71, but WCU held a 14-6 advantage in the extra session.
ESU led 23-16 after the first quarter and 32-29 at halftime, before WCU tied it at 48-48 through three quarters.
Rutkowski had 23 points, seven rebounds and four blocked shots, leading the PSAC in blocks per game (2.1) entering the night. Her 23 points were one off her career-high of 24 in a 96-60 win vs. Cheyney on December 19.
Howard had 19 points and eight rebounds and leads the Warriors with 15.6 points and 8.0 rebounds per game. She scored at least 15 points for the 14th time in 22 games.
Falkowski added six rebounds, tying her career-high, and a career-best five assists along with her 10 points.

Noelle Powell hit a three-pointer to give ESU a 51-48 lead, and the Warriors stayed in front for most of the final stanza until a bucket by Kendall Benovy (10 points, 5 rebounds) gave WCU a 70-69 lead with 1:09 left.
ESU had a couple of chances but had a missed shot and a turnover in the final minute, and Ely made one-of-two from the line with 19.5 seconds left to make it 71-69.
After a timeout, Brown drove and missed at the rim, but Rutkowski was there for the follow to knot the score at 71-all. Benovy missed an open three-pointer with five seconds left to take the contest to an extra session.
In overtime, West Chester opened the scoring with a three-point play by Ely and the Golden Rams never trailed. ESU closed to 76-75 on a layup by Reviere with three minutes remaining, but Sicinski scored the next five points to help put the game away.
West Chester had a slight edge in field goal percentage (41.1 to 34.7) and made two more free throws, going 22-for-36 compared to 20-for-25 for ESU. The Warriors made two more three-pointers (5-3).
West Chester had a five-turnover advantage (17-12) and both teams grabbed 50 rebounds, including 16 offensive.
Ely (1,514) and Sicinski (1,512) both surpassed the 1,500-point mark for West Chester, which won its ninth straight in the series since ESU's 60-58 victory in January 2012.
ESU travels to Kutztown (8-14, 5-13) on Saturday after the Golden Bears fell 61-60 at Bloomsburg on Wednesday night.
