MILLERSVILLE - Redshirt freshman Dylan Nace (141), freshman Josh Deutel (174) and senior Tyson Searer (285) posted wins, but East Stroudsburg University fell to Millersville, 26-9, in PSAC and NCAA Division II Super Region 1 wrestling on Thursday night.

Nace improved to 17-2 on the season, 11-0 in duals and 10-1 vs. DII competition with an 11-4 decision vs. Thomas Nulty at 141 pounds. Nace won his 10th straight match since the PSAC Championships on December 5 and is ranked No. 4 in Super Region 1.

Deutel posted his first collegiate win at 174 with a 10-0 major decision vs. Nick Mancini. Deutel's first six matches included three vs. nationally-ranked opponents.

Searer, ranked No. 7 in DII at 285 pounds, won a 2-1 decision vs. David Wuestner to finish the night. Searer is 13-6 overall, 9-2 in duals and 8-1 vs. DII competition. He has won eight straight matches since the PSAC Championships on December 5, where he went 2-3 and faced four DI wrestlers.

Searer improves to 72-36 in his career and 44-9 in duals. He is 37-15 (22-3 duals) since moving to 285 pounds two years ago. He was a national qualifier at 197 as freshman in 2013.

The Warriors are idle until next Saturday (February 13) when they host American International at 1 p.m. at Koehler Fieldhouse. Their final dual is at home vs. Kutztown on Tuesday, February 16 before heading to Mercyhurst for the SR1 Championships on February 26-27.
