Holden's three home runs are the most by an ESU player since at least 2003 as she homered in her final three at bats of the game, capped by the grand slam in the sixth inning.
ESU (4-0), which swept a doubleheader at Virginia State on Friday, faces Davis & Elkins and Lake Erie on Sunday.

Cristina Coppola homered in both games as ESU has hit nine home runs in its first four contests.

Rachael Liguori threw a complete game vs. Ursuline and the Warriors scored three runs in the fourth inning, two in the fifth and seven in the sixth.

Allison Mende was the winning pitcher vs. Clarion, throwing 4.0 scoreless innings and allowing just one hit.

Thomas was 7-for-8 with a pair of home runs at Virginia State and is hitting 10-for-14 with two doubles, two homers, 7 RBI and six runs in the first four games.
Holden doubled her career home run total to six after hitting one as a freshman and two as a sophomore. Coppola's home runs were the first two of her career.
Seven Warriors had hit two home runs in a game since 2003, including Holden at Millersville last season.
ESU's four home runs vs. Ursuline (Holden 3, Coppola 1) are also ESU's most since 2003.

Ursuline scored single runs in the first and second innings to lead 2-0 before ESU surged in front.

GAME 2 - W 5-2 vs. ClarionBoth teams scored two runs in the first inning, then ESU plated single runs in the third, fourth and sixth as Mende held the Golden Eagles scoreless.

Danielle Dungee hit a two-RBI double to tie the game at 2-2.
ESU took the lead on a solo homer by Coppola in the third, her second of the day.
Liedberg singled and scored on an RBI double by Pickar in the fourth, and Visco reached on an error and eventually scored on a sacrifice fly by Liedberg in the sixth.
Dungee was 2-for-3 with two RBI in the clenaup spot to lead the offense, which had six hits.

Amanda Carlin started in the circle and went 3.0 innings. Both runs in the first inning were unearned, and Mende entered in relief to start the fourth.
