Shea Neal had both assists and No. 4-ranked East Stroudsburg University set a school record with its sixth straight shutout vs. a PSAC opponent in women's soccer on Friday afternoon at Eiler-Martin Stadium.
Hackett scored in the 19th minute and Pickett added an insurance goal in the 64th minute for ESU (8-1, 8-0), which continued its best-ever PSAC start after falling 2-1 at No. 5 Adelphi in a non-conference game on Monday.
ESU, the two-time defending PSAC champion, has a 19-1 goal differential through eight conference games and hasn't allowed a goal vs. a PSAC school since the 38th minute of a 2-1 win vs. Shippensburg on September 3.
Hackett's goal was her second of the season and the 15th of her career, and Pickett's was her fourth of the season and the eighth of her career.
Neal, a 2014 NSCAA All-America first team selection, ranks sixth in school history in career points (61), is tied for sixth in goals (23) and ranks 10th in assists (15). She has a goal and four assists this fall.
Junior goalkeeper
Jules Harris made three saves for her 24th career shutout (21st solo shutout) in 47 starts. She has seven shutouts (six solo) in nine starts this season.
The Warriors held a 19-5 advantage in shots, 8-1 in the first half and 11-4 in the second half, and had a 9-0 margin in corner kicks.
ESU improves to 16-5-4 in its series vs. Cal and won its fourth straight vs. the Vulcans, including a 3-2 win (two goals in the final 10 minutes) in the 2014 PSAC semifinals on the way to the first of its back-to-back PSAC titles.

Rob Berkowitz posted his 111th career win, one from the school record of 112 held by Derek Arneaud (1995-2006).
The Warriors host IUP (6-4, 5-3) on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. in the middle game of a tripleheader at Eiler-Martin Stadium. IUP fell 1-0 at Kutztown on Friday.
Saturday's schedule is men's soccer vs. California at 12 p.m., followed by women's soccer vs. IUP at 2:30 p.m. and football vs. Cheyney at 6:05 p.m.
