EAST STROUDSBURG - Junior forward Bailey Quinn scored with 3:03 left in the first overtime period, lifting No. 2-ranked East Stroudsburg University to a 3-2 (OT) win over No. 9 Bloomsburg in PSAC field hockey on Tuesday afternoon at Whitenight Field.

Quinn gave ESU (10-2, 3-1) its sixth straight overtime win, dating to the 2015 NCAA Division II championship season, as the Warriors rallied after Bloomsburg (5-5, 1-2) scored two second-half goals to tie the game.

Sophomore midfielder Emily Spangler had a goal and an assist and opened the scoring for ESU 10:02 into the contest with her third goal of the season, assisted by junior midfielder Paige Harrold, her fifth of the year.

The Warriors doubled their lead 12 minutes later as senior forward Melanie Shambaugh scored her team-leading ninth goal of the season, assisted by Spangler, for a 2-0 halftime lead.

Bloomsburg struck twice in the first 12 minutes of the second half to level the game at 2-2. Erica Krebs knocked in a pass from Abby Sauder just under five minutes into the period, and MacKenna Mahan scored unassisted 11:49 into the second half.

ESU held a 21-12 advantage in shots in the game, including 4-0 in overtime, capped by Quinn's game-winner - her sixth goal of the season, the 14th of her career and her first OT goal.

Senior goalkeeper Halle Frisco made six saves for ESU, three in each half. Dana Sheply had seven saves for Bloomsburg, including four in the second half and two in overtime.

The Warriors had a 6-4 edge in penalty corners.
